Gemini Academy โ Innovator Track
The Orca Cohort is the Innovator-level tier of TechTelligence Gemini Academy โ built for school leaders, instructional coaches, and senior educators who are ready to lead AI transformation at a school or district level. This advanced cohort moves beyond personal Gemini practice to address the bigger questions: How do we build a responsible AI vision for our school? How do we design an AI policy that protects students and empowers teachers? How do we develop our staff and create a culture that embraces AI as a professional amplifier? Across six intensive modules, Orca Cohort participants become the AI leaders their schools need.
Program Aims
- Develop and communicate a clear, values-led AI vision for your school or district that aligns with ethical principles, equity goals, and community expectations
- Design and implement school-level AI policies covering student use, data privacy, academic integrity, and responsible technology governance
- Plan and deliver staff AI professional development โ from awareness sessions to sustained coaching cycles โ that builds capacity across a whole school
- Lead district-wide Gemini implementation with evaluation frameworks, success metrics, and strategies for sustaining an AI-positive school culture
Target Audience
School principals, deputy principals, curriculum coordinators, instructional coaches, and senior educators who are responsible for โ or seeking to influence โ school-level AI strategy, policy, and professional development in a K-12 Google Workspace for Education environment.
Prerequisites
- Completion of Gemini Academy Amplifier (Dusky Cohort) or demonstrated intermediate Gemini proficiency in a leadership role
- Current or aspiring school leadership role (principal, deputy, curriculum coordinator, instructional coach, or head of department)
- Familiarity with school policy development processes and staff professional development frameworks
- Active Google Workspace for Education admin-level or advanced educator account
Duration / Time Estimate
Total program: approximately 4 hours โ deliverable as a full-day leadership workshop or split across multiple half-day sessions.
