Dr. Osama S. Al Mashaleh
A UAE-based educator, strategist and EdTech entrepreneur who built TechTelligence Technologies on a single conviction: that intention — not innovation — is what makes AI transformative in education. Dr. Osama leads the development of the Intentional AI Framework and works with schools and systems across Pan-MENA and Africa to shift their AI culture from reactive adoption to purposeful, human-centred practice.

A learning design specialist who bridges the gap between the five intelligences on the page and in the classroom. Eng. Israa ensures that every element of the TechTelligence Framework is pedagogically grounded, teacher-ready and built for real impact — translating intentional AI principles into practical experiences that educators can use from day one.
